As you can see the food journal attempt is not going all the great. I just started procrastinating and then it went downhill after that.
Now, instead of making it a daily thing, I think I'll post whenever I get a chance, but I am not going to torture myself by setting unnecessary high standards.
Breakfast:
- Special K and reduced sugar frosted flakes with soy milk
- One pb and j as I was still hungry
- Grilled chicken wrap (no dressing), tater tots, and an ice tea from Sonics
- Two Ferraro Rocher chocolate balls that are to die for
- Big bowl of salad
- Two slices of home made pizza with turkey "pepperoni", onions, and cheese
